Mini Shirts for PCM 2010

Hi
I have followed the instructions shown here for creating a mini jersey:

But have had a couple of problems:
Where as in the instructions it is stated the size should be 256KB, mine range between 114 and 121KB. I have used TGA versions of the jerseys and corrected the X,Y size to 256 before I started.
Secondly, the ...Gui/team_shirt folder is full of .dds files whilst my mini shirts continue to be TGAs.
Can some one help me with my problems, thanks.

I used DDS converter 2. It's easy and simple. You choose your TGA file and click convert Wink

tga's are of better quality than dds
so to let a tga work, you simply have to delete the .dds with the same name Wink

And to get it in the correct size, open it with Paint.NET and save it as 32 bit.
