Does anyone know where I can find a guide to career mode in PCM 2010? I have a general understanding, but I'm curious about details and intricacies of scouting, training, sponsorship, etc.

I have come across this before, and is useful, but obviously some aspects of it are out of date. It would be great if someone could produce a 2010 version!
One of the difficulties I had after reading this was finances. I got to the end of the season and had a small amount of debt. I had hoped to take out a loan (as advised in the guide), but unless I am mistaken there is actually no loan facilty in PCM2010. So I was sacked in December for poor financial management!
I made the same mistake the following season. I had hired too many expensive riders (despite the game telling me that they would be within next season's salary budget), and ended up going into debt over the winter, which again resulted in me being sacked!
I'm now being a lot more conservative, looking to build a financial buffer that will make sure I don't go into debt this winter, and only hiring a smaller number of moderately expensive new signings.
