New career crash

I can not come past 28th of March 2010 in the career. Everytime I tried to go to the next day the game crash. And the message PCM.exe has stopped working are coming up. What can I do to fix that?
I really don't want to start a new Career since my fisrst season in Astana has been awsome..
Things i've done already:
1. Reinstalled the game. (Not working)
2. Copy paste new .cdb files into the game.
The stage i'm running is Volta Ciclista A Catalunya : Stage 7.
The DB is MaxDB, but have tried to reinstall the game and load the career with original db.. Still dont work.
PLEASE Guys  ? |

No matter how many times you reinstall the game, it won't "fix" your save game. It's based on the DB, and since it's a general problem with it, your save game is bugged too.
You can, of course, try to fix the bug in the save game with an editor. I'm not sure what Max has done, but he may have forgotten to include a stage file or something like that. |

As said, I never used the DB, and I haven't seen anyone come up with the reason why it's crashing.
Anyway. After the crash, open ProCyclingManager.log (My Docs/PCM) with Notepad and paste in the last 10 lines. |

Well, there's no errors in the file - so until The Max finds a way to fix his DB, you can't do anything. |

So if I really have to start an new career now, what DB am I gonna use then ? Without crashes !? I am really dissapointed.. I did not buy a new game and then spent so much time of my life in that game, and then it's gonna crash and not can use it again :/ |

You can't blame the game for you using a flawed DB.
CyM Italy and The Max DB have crash problems. PPDB and PCM.daily do not. |

I will play with the PCM then.. But are you sure that I can past 28 of march then...? i and play trough till the next season ? |

There are no career ending bugs in the PCM.daily DB.
Please be aware, though, that downloading the DB won't "save" / fix your old career. |
