How high graphics can I reach?

Okay here i go:
AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
2,00 GHz, 3,25 GB RAM
ATI RADEON HD 4850 1024 MB HDMI
So here goes the question: How high graphics can I Reach with this? |

I would think close to max.
I run everything but AA on full. All details on full
Intel core2duo E8400 (3Ghz)
4GB DDR3
Nvidia GTX260 896mb
game installed on 4 HHDs in raid-5
OS on 2 HDDS in raid-1
With todays computers you really should have harddisks work together in raid to be able to supply the RAM fast enough. Single HDDS are bottlenecks on todays computers. |

I have ATI RADEON 4870
Intel core 2 Quad cpu
Q 9550 2.83 ghz
3.25 RAM
And I have never played a game that crashes as much as PCM 10. At the moment it´s close to unplayable to me. The game crashes in 3d 3 out of 10 times with low graphic settings. Everytime it crashes I have to restart my computer or else I can´t start the game again. Races that demands much RAM fx Paris-Roubaix and many big mountain stages I simply cannot play, they crash 9 out of 10 with low settings. I say, don´t bye this crap before the final patch is out.

Bye the way, I have heard (only roumers) that the newest Ati Radeon graphic cards do not work very well with PCM. I should run this game smoothly, so maybe theres something in it. |

You have patched to 1.0.1.8 right? My game crashed in the very first race I did, but haven't crashed since. Not saying that means it doesn't crash for others, but 1.0.1.8 seems quite stable to me.
It doesn't like alt - tab though. |

Yes, patch installed everyting should be as it should. Someone in here wrote that the game was unstable with the newest Radeon graph. cards, and it is indeed for me. |

Then I guess you have to try the 1.0.2.0 beta patch

I could, but i don't thnk it will help, because my computer is not good, and pcm09 doesn't work when VISTA is installed, but it works as soon as i get 7...

serious problem crashing mainly with level of vegetation of any level. I can have spectators on 3 and all others on 1 and be ok but 1 level of vege and i crash.

I know the graphics card is a little old and the system a bit dated but it surely should be able to handle pcm 2010 right?
I have already downloaded the core optimizer for AMD and have latest drivers on the graphics card. |

It`ll definitly handle PCM 10, but you have to deactivate shadows like almost 90% 
Maybe you also have to go down a bit on other things, but I have seen the PCM 10 running on much worse ones. |
