As you all know, there is a scout bug if you locate to another place. You can go around it with quickly going to another menu. But i have also problems with trying to sponsor a kiddo i want. It will also going to lag and CTD at the end. I have the PCM.daily expansion pack (public beta).
Also how do you transfer someone?? I have someone on shortlist but then??
as for the transfers, it's not enough to place them on the shortlist, that's just a helpful list to gather all the riders you want to sign in the future, you have to offer them a contract as well.
i've also encountered the scouting problem, the fact that the game starts to lag and/or crashes when i assign someone to a region is one thing, but in my current career two of my three scouts simply doesn't do anything. they've benn assigned to a region for half a year now, and they have zero knowledge of the place, and haven't found a single soul. i've relocated them a couple of months ago, but it still doesn't work. the funny thing is that my third coach does his job perfectly. has anyone else encountered such an issue?
But how do you offer them a contract. Btw i have offered a Good boy of 20 years from scout, but i want flahaut to contract. So how to offer him a contract?
