New Custom Team - Greatest Talents?

Hi.

Im gonna create my own custom team and try to fight myself to the top over several seasons. I would like to build the team on up and coming talents.

Im using the "official" pcmdaily database.

What free youngsters or allready under contract youngsters has the biggest potential? What riders would you start a game with?

All i know is that I will for sure get Edvald Boasson Hagen (im norwegian, so I need my norwegian captainWink

Any tips? Who would you start with?
They have this great beer here in England, I really love it. Its called Pint.

If you take only the best youngsters you'll end up with a very unrealistic team with many many different nationalities.

I'd keep it limited to Scandinavia and some other European countries like the Netherlands and Germany or Eastern Europe.

some names :
Scandinavia : Fuglsang, Guldhammer
Eastern Europe : Sagan, Taaramaë, Kreuziger, Spilak, Kump, Kiserlovski, Silin, Nepomnyachshiy, Peter Velits
Netherlands : Gesink, Boom, Mollema, Vermeltfoort, Van Winden
Germany : Martin, Ciolek, Geschke, Fuchs, Degenkolb


Or if you just want to go global you can also take Phinney, Porte, Bobridge,...
