Trainin Camps, Permanent or Temporary?

Junior Rider Posts: 46 Joined: 11-03-2010 PCM$: 200.00	Was just wondering, cos atm Contador has a 86 mountain stat, so are training camp attributed Permanent, Temporary or do the stats come back down, but not as low as before? Thanks (:
