Changing World Champion (and NC) every year

Does the hosting country (and thus the stage itself) of the world championship changing every year in career mode?

and for the National championships, does the race change every year?

I guess not as the game is released... but is it easy to implement?(especially the world championship part I'm interested in)

The route is the same from year to year. Both when it comes to National Championships and World Championships.

You can change the latter in STA_world_parchrs (or something like that).

In 09 WC changes every year, doesn't it change in 10?

It does, but the routes are the same, no matter which country.
