Team columbia - htc shirts

Hi everyone.
I have a massive problem, i cant get the national champion shirts for team columbia to work.
Even though they actually are in the folder they sill doesnt work. I then tried to find someones on the internet and save them as a tga file. And it still doesnt work.
Sombebody please help :-(

Is it in .32 tga or .24 tga? They should be .32
