Well, after patch 1.0.0.8. came out i've started a career with realname DB, and downloaded now pcmdaily beta db, but in german forum they said that there are crashes with stage from TdF and Vuelta, so can i continue my career because i've started it before i downlaoded pcmdaily, or do i have to wait for fix/reinstall game to continue career... ?

You can continue your career with the Realname DB. There's no crash problems with the PCM.daily DB either.
