HELP - problem buying PCM10

I tried to buy Pro Cycling manager 10 online last night.

I entered all the details including my credit card number and received a message saying that my payment was pending and codes would be sent to my email address.

Well, that was 20 hours ago and I still haven't received the download instructions or codes.

I checked my bank account online and the money has been earmarked for withdrawal although the actual transaction isn't on there yet.

Has anyone has a similar experience?

I can't find any contact details on the pro cycling manager page so I'm not sure what to do...

The website advertised buy online play now, it doesn't seem to be working out that way.

Any help or advice appreciated.

Others have had this problem too. There's quite a few threads on it in this and the "Technical issues" forum. Try reading a couple, they might help you out
