modify the capacity of runners

hello everyone
Well my issue is simple to understand! I try to modify the capabilities of some runners (such as Vinokourov go to 82 in the mountains) but I do not know how do that  , so I hope you can help me succeed

i did it , but it's not good.
In the editor i've open the cdb that i've got in my documents and i've change the capacities of runners and after i've save my work , but it's not the good result . when i play on the game the capacties are the same that in the past :S SO i don't understand my problem 
help!!! |

You must remember to push te edit button at the bottom of the editor. |

yeah ,when i open the cab with my editor i can see all cyclists!! , and for example if want change vinokourov and i add 85 every where ! and when i write 85 i click on modify on the bottom right! . but it's not the good result |

You also have to select the DB you modified in options of the game afterwards.
