U23 Teams / Races?

Free Agent Posts: 111 Joined: 07-01-2008 PCM$: 200.00	I don't get the functionality associated to the U23 races. I see the page that shows the U23 races/results, but is it possible to actively participate in these races with appropriate riders/teams? Is it informational only? Can someone summarize the U23 "features/functionality" within PCM10?

Team Leader Posts: 7357 Joined: 06-10-2007 PCM$: 200.00	No, the goal is to see how riders you have scouted perform in real races. You'll see riders who show up from your scout in the races, and it help evaluate how good they are. From Desk of the Head of the Department of Redundancy Department Head
