I bought PCM back in September and the game ran great.. graphics were fine. A few months ago my hard drive had to be wiped clean because of a virus, but I still had PCM. I can't remember when the problem started occurring.. but in every single stage the only thing that does not come up gray is the road, banners, and riders. I thought it could be a db problem, but it happens with every database. I reinstalled the game this afternoon and the same problem is occurring. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance, |

It may help if after uninstalling the game make sure you delete all folders from program files folder and your my documents

I deleted the folders from program files. I only had one saved game in my documents. |

Try to delete your cache:
START -> Write %appdata% in the search field.
Now a window will pop-up.
Delete the ''Cycling Manager 2009'' folder |

Sadly, what you told me to do Rauling did not work... Maybe CrueTrue can help out? |

Not really.
I noticed that you said you "wiped your computer clean" - which leads me to think that your drivers may not necessarily be up to date. Did you try updating your graphics card driver? |

No, I have not tried that. But that would explain why it has not worked since I had to wipe it clean. Now, I'm not very computer savvy. How exactly would I update my graphics card driver? Thanks CrueTrue!

Look up what card you have, go to that company's website (i.e. Nvidia or ATI), look up said card on the support page, and it'll tell you where to get the latest driver. Then simply download and install. |

Driver Detective requires payment if you want to update your card.
There's plenty of free ways of doing it. Find out what your graphic card is, and we can work from there.

Find out what kind of graphic card you have? Just open the command screen in windows and enter dxdiag . I think that'll work. |

Alright thank you n30k! I have a Intel (R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family card. (copy and paste lol). It says the driver date is 10/6/2006. Im guessing that is a little old? How can I update this? Thank you |

I'm not sure whether this will be of any help, but it's worth a try:

I'm still amazed that the game ran on a graphic card like yours, though. |

Well, I believe I just discovered the problem. After the hard drive was cleaned, I installed Windows 7. I'm thinking there are not drivers for my old graphic card that are compatible with Windows 7?
Edit: I looked it up and the drivers are not compatible with Windows 7. So now I have this question. What graphics card do I need to run the game that is affordable?
