Hi I've been trying to download this game off the official website and I'm having a little trouble with the process. This isn't really a technical issue, but when I go to enter in the credit card info, the site asks for a "holder card." I thought this meant the name of the person who credit card it was, but that didn't work. Any advice? Help would be much appreciated.

Holder card does indeed mean the name on the card so i dont really know what to tell you...I downloaded from the official website and didnt have any problems.
