I open the table DYN_manager, and noticed two things.

1) The column gene_b_licenciement.
What does this do? It has a 0 (zero) in it as standard.

2) Finance colimns
For those who need cash, edit DYN_manager, this is where you get the money. I tested it. It's not DYN_team as usual.

Ps: I use Hannes Convertor for 09, and had no crashes so far.
