I haven't re-attempted this with today's new patch, but last night I attempted to start a new season by starting a draft. I chose to draft a 15 person team. After selecting the 15th cyclist, the game just freezes. After letting it "sit there" for a few minutes (mouse pointer is frozen and game appears to be frozen), hitting any key on the keyboard causes the game to shut down. I attempted 3 times, all with same result. Just in case it was "thinking" instead of actually frozen, I walked away from the computer for a couple of hours, but when I returned, the game was still on that last draft pick, frozen.
Has anyone else experienced this? And/or has anyone else successfully started a season using the "Draft" feature? |

I haven't had any problems with the feature. |

I don't have quite the same problem as you, but my season mode always ends in a Quicktime rum error (Or someting like that) even after the patch. Either with a draft or selection of a team. Really annoying because I thought this was good edition to the game, but I can't play it.
Any help would be grateful, I can get to the team, race, etc selection but crashes due to the error after I get pass that.

I get the same thing.
"Runtime Error!
Program: ... Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2010\PCM.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."
Really frustrating. |

I also get an error. Maybe its my sh#t graphics. Although that shouldn't be a problem as its not very demanding, normally.

I don't get this error anywhere else and the game runs fine for me with high settings (not max).
I e-mailed support and will report back what they say. |

Now that I've installed the patch from yesterday, I get a run-time error "...PCM.exe ended unexpectedly" as opposed to the "screen freeze". |

So, I hadn't attempted to start a season without a draft, but when I do that I get the same Run-Time error, so I feel the run-time error that follows the draft (to start a season) is the same error that is received when starting a season without a draft. So, in summary, I don't think there is an issue with the draft, just starting a season (for some of us). |
