Waiting for emails

Hi guys.
If you bought the dl version, how long did you wait for the emails to come? It's beem 20 minutes now and nothing in neither my infolder or spam folder. |

Most wait longer than 20 Minutes. Try going somewhere and when you get back check your emails.

Hehe - thanks. I just figured it would be instant and that something had gone wrong.
I'll go back to Portugal vs. North Korea then.

The problem is that I didn't received any e-mail from Cyanide/Focus/Nexway yet. So I sent them some emails about it but there is no answer. So I looked after that - to my money account and it says something like "frozen payment" or "payment pending" about this payment for the game. So I think I must wait than this money will be send to Nexway and than hopefully I will get some e-mail. Or is there any better solution?

You could try to cancel that payment and buy again using another payment method. |

Some people has received some sort of "please identify yourself" mail, saying that you need to send them some ID within five days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. |

Your payment attempt was unsuccessful? So, my money are nowhere (= the money are "waiting" for remittance) and I should try to buy it again?  So ok, I think this year I'll have no PCM.
