Well, to begin with, I'm sorry for being opening a new thread.
Now, here's my problem: I have a HP Pavilion dv8, which has a FullHD screen and I would like to play this PCM like 2008 and 2009: in HD. But, when I change the resolution in the "config .txt" the game just doesn't start. Is there any solution?
Also, make sure to start the game before editing the file. In the graphics menu, click the Force Graphic Options. Then close the game and edit GraphicConfiguration.xml.
I did exactly like you said, but it doesn't work either.

What resolutions does pcm10 support? as iv'e recently gt a laptop so would like to know if it supports 1366x768? and if not how do you edit it through the xml file?

Editing manually is really easy. Just open the xml file by rightclick with the notepad editor and change it.
I don`see the 1366.... resolution, so you have to do it manually obviously. The file is in mydocs/procyclingmanager 2010/config/graphicconfiguration.xml
You will see where to change the resolution. It`s directly in the beginning,
