I can't open the game.
The install part went fine and the first time i openend the game it went fine, but now i can't open the game again.
I press the PCM Icon, and then play, but nothing happens. I can see by looking in Jobliste(?), that PCM should be open, but it isent.
Don't know what to do?
Been are supporter of the series since cym1, but my patience is starting to wear thin.

Go to the installation folder and double click on pcm.exe, what does happen?
If nothing happens, you can try this (one by one from top to bottom and try again in between):
- delete or move the career save
- delete the pcm folder in my documents
- delete the pcm folder in %AppData% (just copy this text and paste in windows explorer) |

Also check that your firewall is disabled, and that your graphic card drivers are fully updated.
Did you try rebooting? |

I've sent an email to customer support, but am having a similar issue. I get to the main menu, click the "Play" option, then a screen opens and then closes immediately (really just a screen "flash" and it appears game is closed down. No error message.
Anyone else experience this? |

@StefanG: Have you tried the suggestions from mike and me?
If nothing helped, rename the video folder and try again. |

There is a folder which contains the intro videos. In PCM2009 the renaming/deleting of this folder or its content solved it for some users.
This folder is where you installed the game. I am at work so I cannot tell you the exact name of the folder, but it shouldn't be to hard to find. |

So, I was able to resolve my problem... Within the Graphics Config file, I had to set the Full Screen option to "false" (mine defaulted to "true" and that allowed the game to start up. |
