downloading the game

hi guys,
when i attempt to download the first file with my download manager, it gets to the point of asking where i want to save the files, and where ever i try it says:
"the file 'PCM2010-blah-blah-blah' could not be located in '(where ever i try and save)'. please insert the correct disk or select another folder"
any advice appreciated |

I don't know so much about it but have you tried to make a new folder when the 'Save-window' is open? |

It sounds like you're trying to run the file rather than saving it. You need to save all the files to your computer and place them in the same folder before you run the installation file. |

I was saving it.
I've tried again, and where it gives me a chioce where to save it says:
"please insert disk 1 and click ok"
ideas?
(thanks for help+quick reply by the way)

FInd where your bin 1 file is when you click browse (as it asks you to locate disk 1)

There was 3 files that you downloaded. 1 has a PCM icon the other 2 are bin files. You should have them in the same folder. On has pcmnexway*********1 or bin1 thats the first bin. The other one (bin2) has a 2 instead of the 1.
CLick on the game icon. It'll ask oyu to locate disk 1 (bin 1) click browse and find the bin 1. Now everything should go smoothly in the installation process.

Never download from that joke of an company. I downloaded this year, and my computer crashed and whatnot. And ive tried to e-mail them to get new activation keys. But noooo, they dont even answer me..
Thats so not the right why to behave for a company. Im considering sewing them! Damn im pizt. I want to play the got damn game!

Hehe, i wont sew them, it was just a joke.
But im writing to the right e-mail i guess. Because i sent an e-mail to cyandie first and they gave me that e-mail.
But do you have any clue about what e-mail i should send a mail to?

Maybe you should sew them together with the company that hosts your mail server because they lost the new activation keys?

Got an answer from the supplier.
Did not help what so ever. I replyed them, but i guess i have to wait for 2 weeks until i get an answer.
