It's possible to edit names, riders, etc. with an editor.

The game comes with a rather simple one, but it's also possible to edit the entire DB with the Full Editor V4 which was released for PCM08, but which is also fully compatible with PCM10.

PCM Fast Editor and Lachi's Editor, both available from the download section, are more simple than the Full Editor, but can edit just as much.

Hannes Converter / Editor, released for PCM09, can be used to open the DB. Editing, however, will make the game crash.
