pcm.exe error on loading

hi , the game crashes as it loads up from first menu..play game..the screen goes black then minimises and then pcm.exe error comes up. i have read many of the crash issues and followed what has been said i.e delete pcm09 folder in my documents delete myapp data, but game still does not work. i have updated my graphics card. the game first worked when i originally downlaoded it but since uninstalling and reinstalling no joy.

can anyone help

Do you have any firewall? If so, try deactivating it.

Other than that, I don't really any any suggestions, seeing that you have already deleted your save games.

thanks for reply, closed all firewalls still no joy just states pcm.exe error

After the uninstall, did you make sure to delete the remaining files (if any) in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM?

yeah, i have updated all my sdrivers i have nvidia geforce 210 graphics card could this be the problem, though the game worked with it before (pcm 2009)

all folders deleted prior to new install

Some stage chrashes anyway, I dont know why, but when you have played through a couple of seasons you learn wich race/stage to simulate.
