pcm 09 includes a custom team-mode...
... but how can i choose a downloaded shirt (better a whole shirt pack) for it, to create a realistic impression?

easy, You take the jersey (or pack) and look at the file names...
Important they have to be tga files.
1. Open the the folder with the jerseys.
2. Copy them into the folder C(or whereever you installed it):/.../Programes/CM Textures/cycliste/team/c00
3. Now you name the jerseys as follows: c00_maillot (or c00_maillot_xxx (insert country code) for national champion jerseys)
4. Start the game and take the first custom jersey. Voila
