With no preview by MB, I guess I'll write something.
Um, there's a mountain stage that could prove to be pivotal, but then, there are two hilly stages for the less talented climbers to pull/gain some time back. Then, there's a nice short ITT to finish things off, for guys like Wiggins and Millar to try and salvage something after forcing themselves around hills all race long.
Startlist:
Santander

2. E.Gonzalo
3. J.Gárate
4. A.Hernández Gutierrez
5. J.Moreno

Looking forward to see how Augustyn does on his home territory a top 5 would be good, podium would be fantastic.
I would give Chavenel a good chance here, he is going to be difficult to drop on stage 3 and El-Al are well set up with a really strong team in this one. The gaps on some of the hilly stages have been more decisive then some of the mountain ones - I think a hilly man that can climb the stage 3 mountain okay is the one.
I will predict:
1) Chavenel
2) Abal
3) Perez Sanchez
4) Augustyn
5) Ben Nasser |

Yeeeessss!!!!
Very unexpected stage win for Augustyn, the hills at the end really scramble sprints. The only flat stage of the race, stage 2 is probably the toughest of the lot.
I guess the question for El-Al is who is the leader here, Chavenel, Konovalinos or Sicard? |

Hopefully peterson can do me proud. He usually does and with some neat bonus seconds to kick off the race he's off to a good start.

Not perfect, but Chavanel can still win and Konovalovas and Sicard can both do top 10's. |

Wow stagetastic!!! Nice work rjc
A little disappointed Augustyn didn't quite make the podium, still the points jersey and 4th is nice. Alongside this a fair few points on stages as well and Arashiro pops up with second on the mountains jersey.
Not sure how the points will tot up on that one, I think Red Bull will be quite pleased with points gained from a small field here. |

At least I got a stage win, 10th, and 11th, but I was looking for a hell of a lot more.
