Are the Pro Tour teams going to be licensed like PCM08, on PCM09 no teams where. Does anyone know any news about this?

Some will be, others won't. Look at the screenshots so far, and you'll see teams have fake names, like Blue Sky for Team Sky, meaning they probably won't be licensed, although this could change
