How to avoid getting fired

I checked multiple threads and they mostly focus on what to do after you are fired. There are posts that say that if you have a save game before you get fired there is a solution, but there is no pointer what exactly to do.

I checked DYN_Manager as some hinted at that table:

sponsor_f_coeff_from_team_classification = 9.7

coeff_f_carrac_evolution = 0.58

sponsor_f_points and sponsor_f_overall = 0

I am on Dec 1, when I hit next day I get fired. Which fields do I need to edit?

Any help much appreciated

You're usually fired due to bad finances, meaning that you should be able to avoid it if you get in plus. You can edit it in DYN_team, gene_f_solde. Try that first.

If it doesn't work, try highering the numbers for the sponsor confidence (the ones you listed above).
