How to avoid getting fired

Amateur Posts: 16 Joined: 16-10-2009 PCM$: 200.00	I checked multiple threads and they mostly focus on what to do after you are fired. There are posts that say that if you have a save game before you get fired there is a solution, but there is no pointer what exactly to do. I checked DYN_Manager as some hinted at that table: sponsor_f_coeff_from_team_classification = 9.7 coeff_f_carrac_evolution = 0.58 sponsor_f_points and sponsor_f_overall = 0 I am on Dec 1, when I hit next day I get fired. Which fields do I need to edit? Any help much appreciated

Tour de France Champion Posts: 27880 Joined: 20-10-2006 PCM$: 200.00	You're usually fired due to bad finances, meaning that you should be able to avoid it if you get in plus. You can edit it in DYN_team, gene_f_solde. Try that first. If it doesn't work, try highering the numbers for the sponsor confidence (the ones you listed above).
