Key riders
Sandy Casar
This season, Casar will be hoping to finish best of the French in the TDF, hopefully a top 10 will come aswell, but this will be a bonus.
Anthony Geslin
Geslin will be our main sprinter this year, I hope he can get a few stage wins in small stage races and the TDF.

Im not to sure with Le Mevel he's had one good TDF last year, Casar is consistently around the fringe of the top 10 every year. |

Australian Road Race Championship
Today our Aussie Wesley Sulzburger wwill be taking part in the Australian Road Race Championship. This is course contains a fairly steep hill which will blow Sulzburger's chances of winning.
BMC's and World Champion Cadel Evans will be looking to follow up his Australian TT Championship win with a another win and champions jersey today, alot of expectation has now been placed on Evans after such a good ride to take the World Championship jersey last year.
Top 3
Cadel Evans completed what he set out today and won the Australian Road Race Championship, he pulled out a stella performance to take the jersey, Micheal Rogers came in 2nd, the HTC Columbia rider didn't have the legs to follow, good ride by Baden Cooke for 3rd. FDJ rider Wesley Sulzburger came in 21st 3.58 down on Evans, with Sulzburger low on fitness after the winter break, he put in a good performance, the youngster has alot to offer in the future. |

Yup but Le Mevel really worked hard during fall and winter, (specially in TT)
He won the Tour du Haut Var in front of guys like De Waele and Nocentini and was in front during the Spring classics
Team Europcar !!

Santos Tour Down Under
Stage 1
Team
A.Geslin
F.Guesdon
J.Veikkanen
M.Ladagnous
W.Sulzburger
B.Vaugrenard
A.Roux
Todays stage our team will be looking for a good sprint finish from Geslin, our riders are low on fitness.
The Breakaway
The chasers
The chasers never made contact with the break and where quickly reeled in by the peleton
Sorry guys my screenshot of the finish has gone missing, hate it when this happens but it was a win for Tyler Farrar, our sprinter Geslin was nowhere because of our bad lead out train.

Points
Summary
Todays ended up been a fitness gaining stage for our rider's, our management would of liked a good top 10 result but with the tough hill towards the end our lead out men where out of place.

Santos Tour Down Under
Stage 2
The Breakaway
Breakaway of 8 riders were in front, behind 2 groups were chasing them down to form a large break, this never happened and the other 2 groups joined back with the peleton before eventually the breakaway were caught with 20km to go.
First chasing group of 6 riders
Second chase group of 5 riders led by Stroetinga of Milram
Lead out trains
With the breakaway caught the sprinter teams organise their lead out trains for their sprinters. FDJ train features Vaugrenard, Sulzburger and our sprinter Geslin. Race leader Farrar followed Boones wheel and was unsuccessful as they dropped back and fell out of contention.
FDJ train got messy, this also fell apart so Geslin followed Greipel's wheel.

Win for Breschel from Greipel in 2nd, Roelandts 3rd, Geslin good top 10 finish in 8th just ahead of Cooke in 9th.
