PCM 08 will not start

when I click on the game, then nothing happens. No error massage comes up.
I have a vista, and I bought it online. It was working perfect befor. I tried to re-instal but it did`t work

Did you also try deleting the PCM folder in My Documents?

Also, make sure to disable any firewalls.

Also try running the game as Administrator.
