Help with songchoice

I'm starting to sing-and-play a bit again, and I need some songs that you guys thing will sound good with just vocals and a guitar. To show what my current level is, I'll upload just a little piece of two songs, I'm playing atm.

Preferably I'll get a song that is suited for my voice, but I tend to make them slightly changed anyways so it shouldn't matter too much.

a few random australian bands/singers off the top of my head, mainly because i wouldn't know much else.

Jack Johnson(american), Pete Murray, Bernard Fanning. This is all the solo guitar and singing type of music. Just search them on youtube.
