No landscape

I have a problem: I installed the db and now there is no landscape in the stages. Everything is grey without the riders and the street. Has anybody a solution?

If you have installed the DB on top of another DB, that might happen.

The best advice I have is that you fully reinstall the game before installing the DB again.
