I wanted a rider to race in the Vuelta but completely forgot and he raced American TT NC instead. What can I edit in Hannes or do to make it so he can still race in the Vuelta.

nvm.

After going through a bunch of different files in hannes it required deleting the riders row in dyn_race_stat and then changing cyclist_state in Dyn_Cyclist.
