Does anyone know how to upload a custom jersey image into the game?

I created my collegiate cycling team in the database editor and would like to upload our team jersey onto the game. I tried using the Shirt Viewer tools on this site but it's not working. I saved images of our kit templates onto Flickr and pasted the URL but nothing loads.

Any help is appreciated

You have to save the jersey as a tga. sometimes true vision Targa, then place in the correct folder.
