No license for deactivation was found

I'm trying to deactivate but the game won't let me. A message shows up saying;No license for deactivation was found. To obtain an error report and send it to product technical support, press the corresponding button. I emailed the developers but that was three weeks ago and they havent gotten back to me.

Give them a threatening email telling them how you'll tell the world how bad the support is and warn others never to buy the game again. That should get them worried and they will respond in a day or 2.
