1. Is there a weather type snow?
2. Is there in a editor or in-game a way to see how close a rider is to his next level in bv. MO
3. What determines the +5 or 0 next to the riders box?

if you have questions yourself ask it?

1. No - the best you get is that there is snoiw on the side of the road once a certain altitude is reached on the climbs
2. In the editor, if you open the DYN_Cyclist table, it should be in there amongst the stat columns
3. Its random

2. gene_i_day_progression (not 100% sure)
3. Is is random but your leader cannot go below 0. (not sure about the exact limit of 0 but your leader cannot go until -5)

I said I am not sure about the 0 but I am sure that he cannot be -5. So maybe -3 is the limit, who knows?
