Im going to start compiling the jerseys and graphics for all teams, so it would be particularly useful if you could send me a TGA form of the jersey in the correct format (so mg11_XXX_maillot.tga).
Not just jerseys though, but also leg and arm warmers, bottles, gloves and leg warmers. See this file for plain white versions of them: https://www.mediafire.com/?jjylmzumzz3
And there are still 13 teams who do not have their jerseys in the shirts database. All you need to do for this is to upload a PNG of your jersey to the 2011 section of the Shirts Database. That shouldnt be hard at all.
To help those compiling the tga files for their team, here is a list of team names and the prefixes that are required for your files.

I can't make TGA files from the computer I'm using until the 1 of May atleast.

How should I upload the remaining things? There is a shitload of files in the .zip file I have... Should I just link to the .zip file somewhere?

With the textures I do the following using Paint.Net
Open up the files in the package. Then if Im taking the leg warmers - jambierres - I will go to that, and click to add a new layer. On that new layer, Ill then put what I want on it - be it team logo, or for it to be filled in a different colour e.g. red.
Then in layer properties, I set the blending options on the new layer to multiply. Merge the layer down so it is back to 1 layer, and save
