Is this only with riders who have retired? Since riders like Lance Armstrong didn't appear on the screenshots.

Nowadays Armstrong is an active rider. In this DB only appears retired riders who have part of his career between 1945-2000... and Vinokourov... my weakness. |

Indeed, since the Tour de France results do suggest that he is overrated aswell.

Maybe, but its all relative - and Vinokourov's best years were not until after 2000

To do the stats I dont bear in mind if the best years of a rider was between 1945-2000. This years are only to put a rider in the db or not to do it.
The screenshots are images of the V.1.00. In the V.3.00 the stats are a bit refined. Anyway, maybe Vinokourov stats still be some high, but the stats are easily editable. |

Great work.. But whatabout add some riders from Eastern Europe as free agents to DB? I really miss there riders like Ryszard Szurkowski or Uwe Ampler - and for example Olaf Ludwig was waaay better rider

Looks great, just a question: how do you define the age of the riders? When they were at their best level? |

Going to download it, finaly a db that dosent judge dopers!
And vino was one of the favorites for the 99 tour also, he did very good at classics and stage races from 1999. So i would say you should raise the stats a bit
