Hey guys.

Exactly how does salary work in PCM09? I always sign some riders, and lose some at the end of the season, but whn I get to the new season, my salarybudget is f'ed up :/
Is there a way to roughly predict your salarybudget for next season?

Add it up in your head!

I kinda have the same question, when you buy free agents or renew your own riders you get the contract sceen what does that number mean that you are offering because its never actually the contract the rider recieves, and how can you calulate what the real number is going to be? This is what I think MrDemus is also asking, but in more detail.

Yes, I can add up what I will use
Not what I am allowed to use

That's what I meant

For the riders leaving at the end ofthe year - add up all total
For new riders coming in -add up
Riders you renewed ad up the difference if you signed him for more than his contract was worth. - Add the diference

Now add the new riders and the renewed riders (only the diference between their previous contract for the renewed riders) and then subtract the riders leavingh total and you should get your number.

PS writings a little messy cause im in a hurry.

Yes, but say my salarybudget 1. season is 1 million, and I do bad, so 2. season my wage budget is only 900.000, but I've signed riders as if I still had 1 million.
How can I know how muchI am allowed to spend in the 2. season?

do well

your budget is directly linked to your Superprestige (or CQ in pcm.Daily DB's) rankings.

I know Smile

So my only chance is to do well, and then guess how much money I can spend?

IF you do well yuor budget goes up atleast 10 I would say.

If you do extremly well, your budget will be doubled (until a certain amount of course). The sponsor happiness shows you how well you are doing. If it below the middle line at the end of the season you get less money, if it is above you get more. As said, max. would be double, min. would be half the actual budget.

Thats usually a good strategy to go for. Although sometimes I try for diferent strategies too.

If the DB is not crooked you get superprestige points not only for winning but also for wearing the jerseys and daily results. And more points = more happy sponsor

i always struggle with this also, i tend to keep spending until the predicted budget figure for october is near to zero, then any prize money i make keeps my account moving up.
