I've had a quick look and i go through it (with the name, team manager name, email etc)
but what does the nationalism thing mean (for transfers)?
how do i go about creating a kit/jersey?
how many riders should i have in the team?
and how do i set the contract length of riders before i start my game?
thanks in advance
NOTE: preferably for use in the game-editor rather than something else (i've seen the hannes convertor around)
EDIT: I have looked in the manual but there is nothing in it about using the editor

I've just created my first team and you have to have at least 17 riders but no more then 25 I think....the jerseys are pre-made, you just cycle through which one you like...and the nationalism is basically you're choice - it doesn't affect who you can sign or who you can't!
Worry about the contracts until mid-season...enjoy the racing

Nationalism means how "limited" in their rider choices teams are. For example, Euskatel only has Basque riders (with two exceptions, I believe and those exceptions are Spanish), while teams like Saxo Bank, Radio Shack, Sky are more international and hire riders from many different coutries.
How many riders you need depends on the level of team you want. A Pro Tour team needs 25-30 riders to be able to take part in all its races. On the other hand, a poor Continental team may go with 15. Obviously you want to limit the races you enter in that situation.
And as for kits, look around the website, there are instructions on how to do them (check the download sections and/or search the forums).
