1991 was one of the firs years that I really got excited about cycling. Now this great 1991 pack has been released I decided to also start a career with the great hero's of back then. The difficulty is hard. Financial difficulty is difficult. The team is Gatorade - Chateau d'Ax. A small team with only a few good riders. It is not going to be so easy to win as much as I did with Garmin (see other tread). The goals for this season are to beat Indurain and to win the Tour de France, to become at least 5th in the Giro d'Italia, to win the Vuelta al Pais Vasco, to finish in the top 10 in the Giro di Lombardia, GP des Nations and the Tirreno Adriatico. Here are some team stats:
Small team? whit Bugno? Giovannetti and Fidanza are not bad too. Maybe you can post the stats of the best rider so we can see if your team is really a small team?
There is only one dark green rider (Bugno), while some teams have 5 (Panasonic) and several teams have 3 (Carrera, PDM, Ariostea, Buckler, Del Tongo). Fidanza is just an OK sprinter and Giovanetti is an average climber and time trialist. Note that the Gatorade - Chateau d'Ax team is a very young team and that many of these riders became much better after 1991.

When you play with the 1991 DB can you switch and still be able to play the normal 2010 PCMdaily DB without any problems. If so I will also give this DB a go.

I think the 1991 DB does overwrite some files (I'm not sure though), but I copied the backup that I made on top of it and the 2010 DB as well as the 1991 DB run perfectly. I definitively recommend the 1991 DB. It is pretty awesome.
Zanatta did very wel indeed. Besides Giovanetti, Bugno and Fidanza Gatorade is not that much. Moreover, I realized that there are only 16 riders in the team so I cannot ride that many races as I was used to. I will really have to pick my battles. However, it is a great team to build up. Al riders are very young and I have only 7 riders signed for next year (including Fidanza, Bugno and Giovanetti). There are lots of possibilities.
