Is there anyway to see a startlist of a race before you begin it, because the only way I found out is in the race press the i box and Riders, but I want to adjust my starting list after the quality of the other teams.

no unless you go in, look at the startlists.
Ctrl Alt Del to come out and then go back into it and change your team
YORKSHIRE BORN, YORKSHIRE BRED...
