I was just wondering if you can use the Download Manager from Direct to Drive for downloading patches and databases?

I tried it but now when I get to start up of game modes it crashes. I've tried renaming the folder and deleting the new data but nothing happens. What should I do now? Thanks |

It should be mentioned, though, that the patch may not be compatible with one of the digital download sites. I remember having read about such a problem (not necessarily Direct to Drive), but I can't find the original post. |

I still have not understood what you want to download.
If you have bought the game on a DVD you have to download the official DVD patch from cyanide. If you have bought the download version of this game through focus you have to use the official download path from cyanide. If you have bought the game through D2D you should search their page for a patch.
But this game does search for patches by itself if your computer is connected to the internet while you start the game.
If you want to use the download manager to download from this page, then I cannot help you any further because I do not know that DL manager. But after you have downloaded anything from this page it has to be installed properly, maybe this was your problem? |
