Hmmm, picture not working? Anyway, try to find the game in Computer. There you right click it, and press explore. There you find a setup file. Try to run this as admin. |

Tried with the 2010DB? If not, do it.
It happened to me once upon a time... I fixed it with something I don't remember though
EDIT: Try to install it in your doc folder, then move the whole folder
