Who is your lead-out man?
I use David Miller, and when he's not racing.... I'm stuck using my trainee riders (with rubbish stats) or some climber with good stats
makes me think that the GB lead-out team would be epic, with Millar Wiggins and then Cavendish (maybe Wegelius first)

I always try to built a three man train. The first one has good flat stats, the second rider has medium sprintstats an de lastman is the pure sprinter.
For example in my career were I am playing with a fantastic team: Devolder, Boassen Hagen, Hausseler (my top combination) |

I also try to make a 3 man train.Grabsch or Tony Martin as good time trialists at the front(they´ve got good flat stats),as lead out man I take Eisel,Renshaw or Matthew Goss and the pure sprinter is Greipel or Cavendish |

some times I use a 4-man train for those harder races like the giro and the Tour. On colombia I used Martin, Hincapie, Eisel, Cavendish. |

I mean there's better but for the 1st year that is the best train you can have. |

Gilbert,Martin,Cancellara, then renshaw or boonen or a scouted sprint 83 spr 84 acc and then cav or greipel

Currently in the Vuelta I use Ballan, Gavazzi and Lorenzetto. That's not the best I have on Lampre, but the best combination on that Vuelta team (2011 Vuelta). |

cervello have a pretty decent train to start out with, klier/hammond/Hausler/Hushoved for example. |

Haedo - looked at his stats, doesn't strike me as a good rider at all (many stats in the 60s and a reasonable sprint stat) - this is the argentine one isn't it
either that or it's the db that i'm using (CrueTrue one from last year) |

Yeah, but if you put that up adgainst cavendish's train in the tdf it makes for a great finish ever time.

The best train possible is Canceallara Hincapie Boonen or Hushovd and then Farrar or Cavendish. 2 Really strong guys a strong sprinter and then a speedy sprinter with great acceleration is probably the best combo for a 4 man train. I don't particularly use those riders but they are great examples of the characteristics.
