ATI HD Radeon 5670?

Hi,

I just buyed a new computer...

I now work with Windows 7 and the videocard is the ATI HD Radeon 5670, but I can't launch the game, I always get the following message:

"Failed to intialize the 3d engine. Please make sure that you vide and motherboard drivers are up to date"

I tried to change the driverversion, but it didn't help, anyone with the same troubles with the HD Radeon 5670?

tried to set compatibility to WinXP SP2 or 3?
if yes i dont know what is the problem

I have the current drivers and startet to launch the game with "WinXP SP2", but it doesn't help...

I don't really understand it, because normally this videocard shouldn't have a problem with the PCM 09... I didn't find a comparable problem... Would like to know if there is someone who is using this card too...

I did some online tests, allthough I'm quite sure it shoudl work with the card, and every test said yes. There was always one probleme --> Windows 7 - but many users said they don't have problemes with WIN 7, so I don't get it...

I even reinstalled the game...

Did you try deleting the PCM folder in My Documents and launching again?

He, I solved it, troubles with the Firewall, but thx for the help...

With this card I can run the game with quality, or?

When I start the game, does it automaticly search for the right settings?
