How Many Days Racing Per Year
byoung
Is there any "average" number of days a rider should look to ride per year. What is normal for a Pro-Tour or Continental rider?

I think you don't want to ride too many because that decreases their maximal rac form (out of a max of 20, it goes down if you ride too much). I think anything above 50 days of racing will lead to that though I'm not 100% sure. If the rider is just a helper, it doesn't matter. I have some riding 80+ days. It's more of a concern for your leaders.

when you choose your world championship starting rider have a look at days raced, some of the riders who are not in your trade team will have over 100 days, i dont think it matters as long as your riders can handle it (fatigue)
