Please explain what you did when you installed the DB. Step by step. |

It seems that you miss the .xml file. I don't know how to fix it though..

You're doing it wrong.
Open the .rar file. Open the folder inside the .rar file.
Extract all the folders to Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
Then open Database & Local.rar.
Extract Database - Pack 1991.cdb to My Documents/PCM/Database and Local.cdb to My Documents/PCM. |

Extract Database - Pack 1991.cdb to My Documents/PCM/Database and Local.cdb to My Documents/PCM.
but these folders (blocs, classifications, CM_meshes, etc) already exist in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM if the replacement can not play other database or the original database |

That's why you make a backup of your PCM-folder before installing a DB |

The stages that dont get overwriten stay so although it might vhange the route of the stage you will still have the old files and therefore both dbs should be playable.

As I said, make a backup. I have one folder per DB.
Besides, you can install DBs on top of each other, although this can often result in instability.
(In my example, I could probably have installed Track on the Road a long with any DB without any problems as it doesn't overwrite anything)
