Transfer bug?

I don't know if this is a known problem, but whenever I make a transfer offer for a rider, I just simply don't get any replies from the team that I contact. I've managed to sign one rider, but I've put up offers for five more, but I just didn't get any replies.

The riders can be in the last year of contract, so you buy them in the end of the season in the end of their contracts. Isn't it?

No, that is a bug as well. It happens to me a lot too. You offer to buy a rider for instance, and you don't get a reply. Also, when they reply to you: its not enough, but we have not shut the door yet, pay this-and-this amount and we sell the rider, you will never get a reply again. No matter how much you offer. If you look a the message you will see that YOUR team is displayed as the selling party; so maybe that's where it is getting wrong...

download the latest patch, that may solve it

It isn't mentioned in the list with features, and I haven't tried it, so I wouldn't know... All I know is that the transferbug where you can't progress anymore is indeed fixed.
