Hi there all! Have been hanging around for a while reading a lot of interesting posts and points... Great input from a lot of people!

Have tried to find something about this, but so far no luck.
(Is there a search function for this forum (and if so; am I blind?))

Trying to get into the numbers of the game I have a problem with the so-called "average" of the riders.
According to the manual it's "simply the average of all the riders' attributes", but as far as I can see at least most riders have a different average than this.

Is it actually calculated based on a selection of attributes, maybe according to their specialisation?
