Database confusion

Hi, I hope someone can enlighten me, but in CM you can open a menu to choose database, but every database I have tried replaces the original database. Can you not install other databases, then choose which one you want to run on the day?

If you install the .cdb file in My Documents/PCM/Database, you can select it in the Database option menu.
